These swivel very freely helping avoid tangles and adjust to different lengths. They don't slip and lengthen while spinning and are really easy to adjust. Just move the slipknot down (or up) and loosen the cord where it joins the swivel, and pull tight. there are loops at the top to attach handles, and a snap hook at the bottom for practice poi or net bags.

I designed these specifically for flashing rubber stars, (but also fit tennis balls). they have elastic tops which stretch to let you slip the balls or stars in, just clip a chain or cord to them (and of course some handles) and you're away!
